Automatic sampling machine is an important tool for producing metallographic slice samples in the circuit board and carrier board industry.

It has the characteristics of more convenient sampling, wider thickness range for sampling, and higher sampling accuracy compared to traditional manual sampling machines.

The maximum size of the sample that can be taken is 600 * 600mm, and the thickest one can be a 8mm hard board.

The size of the cut sample can be changed according to the requirements. The standard model can take a minimum of 5 * 5mm and a maximum of 50 * 50mm samples, thus saving the cost of grinding tools and the time to replace them compared to traditional manual sampling machines.

This device has high sampling accuracy, with a sampling error within 0.5mm and high continuous sampling efficiency.

The cutting mode used is the gong knife cutting mode, so the edges of the extracted sample will not have severe burrs like the manual sampling prototype, and even the internal structure of the board will be damaged by the shear force during manual grinding.
