It is an environmental test that mainly uses artificial simulated salt spray environmental conditions created by salt spray testing equipment to assess the corrosion resistance of products or metal materials. As one of the "three defenses" (humidity, salt spray, and mold) testing equipment for artificial climate environments, it is an important testing equipment for studying the adaptability and reliability of various environments in industries such as machinery, defense industry, light industry electronics, and instrumentation.

　　Principle and Function:
　　Salt water spray testing machine, known as "salt spray test chamber", is used to test the reliability of tested samples by means of salt spray corrosion. Salt spray refers to the dispersion system composed of small saline droplets in the atmosphere, which is one of the three prevention series of artificial environment. Many enterprise products need to simulate the destructive effects of the ocean surrounding climate on products, so the salt spray test chamber should be operated.

　　1、The entire unit is made of P.V.C board and adopts advanced ring belt three-dimensional reinforcement technology internally, with a strong and solid structure that never deforms.
　　2、The laboratory is heated using a five sided heating method, which can accurately control the temperature uniformity (± 0, 1 ℃) inside the laboratory.
　　3、Nozzle: Using Bernoulli's theorem to absorb salt water and atomize it, the diffusion speed of the mist will be doubled, and it will naturally fall onto the test piece. The difference in mist drop can be controlled within ± 0 and 3ml/80c ㎡ h.
　　4、Saturated air is heated and humidified using Henry's law, and the required humidity for the laboratory is provided.
　　5、Temperature is a prerequisite that directly affects the corrosion rate. Our company uses a P.I.D temperature controller with a control error within ± 0.5 ℃.
　　6、The only warning device for low test solution is used. When the test solution is only enough for another 5 hours of spray, the buzzer will notify the user to supplement to ensure continuous spray test.
　　7、The full detection system will automatically shut down and the fault indicator light will turn on when a fault occurs.
