Debugging and operation
​1.   Debugging:
When installing the upper and lower molds, align them with the punching hole position, then gently shake the handle to slowly lower the upper punch and align it with the hole of the lower punching needle seat. After confirming alignment, when shaking the handle up and down, confirm that the punching needle enters the punching needle seat without jamming, then lock the upper mold and fix the material return rack on the machine head.
2.   Sampling:
Place the board to be sampled above the lower mold, then manually press the handle behind the needle with force and speed. At this point, the required sample will be cut by the upper and lower molds and dropped into the sample storage box; Hand crank the handle again to make the upper mold return upwards. At this time, the board will be stopped by the return rack and fall back down to the table. Then, take away the board and complete one sampling.
