Product Use：

It is mainly used for drilling holes in the prepreg (PP) of the press-fitting process, so as to facilitate the alignment and combination of chips during press-lamination. It can effectively ensure the accuracy of hole position, reduce the generation and residue of dust and glass fiber, and reduce the scrapping of prepregs

Performance Advantages：

1.The hole position accuracy can effectively reduce the generation of dust and glass fiber, and reduce the scrapping of prepregs；
2.Should a blade break occur during the cutting process,the qequipment will detect it and trigger an alarm notification,thus preventing the occurrence of missing drilling；
3.The equipment will trigger an automatic alarm when hole count by the drill bit reaches the preset warning threshold；
4.It has safety protection grating, object detectuon, emergency stop switch, safe and reliable operation；
5.The machine is equipped with an automatic circulating water system cooling spindle, and has an overheating protection alarm reminder；
