This device is suitable for chip mounting processes that require dry film to be pre-attached to PCBs, IC substrates, FPCs, rigid-flex boards.
This device (single column pre pasting machine) automatically aligns the substrate by sensing the edge of the board through a fiber optic sensor. After the dry film is pre pasted on both sides of the substrate, it automatically cuts the dry film,
Then use the gripper and conveyor section to transport the pre coated dry film PCB board to the vacuum film applicator at the back.
This device is suitable for pre attaching dry film onto IC carrier boards FPC、 Chip film technology for soft hard composite board
The device consists of three parts, namely:
1、Entering board unit: mainly conveying the carrier board, aligning and positioning the carrier board, and preparing for film application.
2、Main unit for film application: mainly used for pre film application on the transported carrier board, in order to press the film for subsequent entry into the vacuum chamber.
3、The peripheral part of the rack: supports the main structure of the entire pre pasting machine and provides assurance for ensuring the horizontal conveying of the machine.
