Cijin's new low dust PP cutting machine CJ-2200 has a relatively low dust production.

1） We have added a set of electric cylinders on the countertop and feeding platform, which has the advantage of automatically adjusting the cutting quantity and stacking quantity to match the height of the feeding platform.

2） We use tungsten steel knives, which have a relatively long lifespan, usually reaching 600000 to 1 million cycles. The principle of the knife is that we have a reduction motor that drives the cam of the reducer, and then drives the knife to move up and down repeatedly for cutting. It can cut 30 knives in one minute.

3） The traditional slitting method relies on manual adjustment of the width to match the cutting length. However, the new cutting machine from Cijin has solved a pain point of manual tool adjustment for employees. It has been changed to automatic tool adjustment, and the distance of tool adjustment is controlled by an absolute encoder. We can use a servo motor to input parameters and automatically adjust the width, which can reduce feeding time, employee operation time, and cutting accuracy. The higher accuracy saves manpower and material resources.

4） The new cutting machine has heating function and adopts infrared heating mode. It has transverse heating lamps and three longitudinal cutting lamps. The standard configuration is three knives, and if customers need, an additional knife can be added for a total of four knives.

5） The feeding platform of the new cutting machine is lower than the traditional one, making it easier and safer for us to load materials.

6）Quick buttons are set on both sides of the device, which can quickly perform various actions such as feeding and cutting, saving a lot of time.

7） The side door of the cutting machine is equipped with a safety sensing device. If the door is opened during the cutting process, the equipment will automatically stop.

8） The new device of the cutting machine has no material sensor. During the manual cutting process, if the PP has been used up after cutting, there will be an alarm and the equipment will stop directly.
