​Liquidity tester

Focused on testing the flowability of semi cured sheets and resins in the copper-clad laminate and circuit board industries. By using pneumatic pressurization, electric heating wire heating, temperature controller temperature control, timer timing, etc., the sample can flow under high temperature and high pressure, thereby measuring its flowability.

1.Heating and pressurization cause PP to melt and flow outwards before solidifying.

2.After a certain period of testing, the flowability is calculated by measuring the quality difference before and after the test.
