      1.Adopting high-power water-cooled spindle. High rigidity body, 25mm screw guide rail. While achieving high-speed gong board, it can also ensure smooth and burr free edges of the gong.

      2.Adopting a high-order motion controller, the trajectory of the gong board is controlled by linear interpolation, with no pause at corners and high efficiency. It is also the key to ensuring smooth edges.

三、High Precision

      1.Eliminate minor resonances. The body is made of 10mm steel plate CNC processed and welded into shape, and the screw guide rail adopts 25mm large guide rail. The spindle has a small deflection.

      2.The sampling repetition accuracy is 25um. The grinding allowance can be set as needed.
